Finding Kilele through the model.

Early on Juliana said she was interested in a Brechtian approach to Kilele. I loved the natural back wall of the theatre and quickly set up a rough model that touched on some ideas. We loved the idea of these red ropes as representation of the jungle that surrounded the town of Bojaya.

Kilele became clearer it was a town with a yellow wall that was dangerously close of collapsing on the people. An altar that hold the remains of those who were buried, waiting to be set free by Viajero and a little house, maybe all that remained after a tragedy occurs.
